Y-O-G-A

after much thought and years of wanting to learn how to do yoga, i finally made the important step of signing up for a class. starting August 19th i will be doing yoga from 7:15-8:45 pm every tuesday and thursday night. it is a four week course (which means 8 sessions) and i know a few people that have gone here. I am really excited. it is all i really wanted to talk about last night. I think this is a really positive thing for me to do for myself. I think it will really help me to ease stress and be happier. or that is the hope any way and i don't think it will have the opposite effect on me. the only down side is that i will miss one class because jason and i are going to philly from the 10-14th of september.
also i will have to buy some yoga pants. and in no time at all i will be able to do this:
